Return & Refund Policy


  • Returns are only accepted for orders placed and delivered in Oman.
  • We accept return requests within 3 days of the purchase
  • Some documentation is required for returns to be approved, such as images depicting wrong item sent etc.
  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns from international orders. However, some  documentation is required for us to process a refund instead.

  • When a refund request is placed, our designated team members can take up to 3 day to review the request.
  • Once your refund request is reviewd and accepted, we will contact you via email to inform you that the we have started processing your refund.
  • Refunds can take up to 5 business days to show in your account (for orders inside Oman), for all international orders your refund can take up to 35 business days to process.
  • Your refund will be processed to the bank account that you used to make the order in the first place.
  • If the mentioned period passes and you do not see your refund, please contact your card issuer and bank.
  • If your card has expired, you will still receive  a refund to your bank account regardless of your card number.
  • If you do not see your refund showing in your account, please contact your card issuer or bank for help with this issue.
  • Amajeena is unable to process a refund to a different account or card from the original payment method.
